Every room can be turned into a great sounding studio, but that doesn’t mean it’s always easy! Every project has its challenges, and in this case there were quite a few. We can talk about the large concrete beams across the ceiling and the accessibility of the room, but we are most proud of the solution that we found for the large window. The client requested a room that was not too dead, which meant the window was going to be audible on the listening position. By meticulously placing the QRD diffusers in the back wall and mirroring the window with a large wooden plate, this room was turned into a great sounding studio, as you might expect from EV-acoustics.
